Melissa Joan-Hart has announced that she is leaving Mommy Mornings to pursue other projects. The announcement came during the July 23rd episode. Hart will leave the morning talk series before the summer hiatus on July 27th.
MSTV has announced that Jenna Bush-Hager will take over Joan-Hart's role on Mommy Mornings. Bush-Hager will leave This Afternoon for this role.
Joining Savannah Guthrie and Willie Geist on This Afternoon will be Craig Melvin. Melvin is the current anchor of This Morning: Weekend.
Finally, Jeff Glor will take over for Melvin on This Morning: Weekend.

MSTV will provide extensive coverage of Hurricane Florence on all broadcasts and platforms with a team of correspondents deployed across several states in the storm’s path beginning Wednesday, September 12.
"This Evening" anchor David Muir will lead our coverage co-anchor the broadcast from the Carolinas beginning Wednesday, September 12th. Muir will anchor on-the-ground coverage all week for "This Morning" and all MSTV News platforms.
"The Reporter" co-anchor Tom Llamas, chief meteorologist Sam Champion, and correspondents Ron Mott, Brooke Baldwin, and Miguel Almaguer will all report in the field on this storm across the region.
Meteorologists Rob Marciano & Jim Cantore will report from New York.

Julie Chen announced this morning that she will be leaving "Mommy Mornings" effective Friday, September 21st. Chen is leaving to be with her husband and son during this difficult time in their relationship. Chen's co-hosts at the "Mommy Mornings" table all offered their best wishes and promised to celebrate Chen, one of the show's original co-hosts, on Friday.
Katie Couric, Kelly Ripa, Megyn Kelly, and Jenna Bush Hager will be joined by a rotating list of guest co-hosts for the remainder of 2018. A new co-host is expected to be named later this year and begin in January.

MSTV will deliver comprehensive live coverage of the midterms, Election Night in America, from New York on Nov. 6. "This Morning" co-anchors Anderson Cooper, Savannah Guthrie, and Craig Melvin will join "This Evening" anchors David Muir and Norah O'Donnell for live coverage.
Expanding our coverage across the network and streaming will be a team of correspondents across the country including; Chris Jansing, Peter Alexander, Kristen Welker, Don Lemon, Tom Llamas, & Amy Robach. George Stephanopoulos, Steve Kornacki, Andrea Mitchell, & Gloria Borger will provide special analysis across the network before, during, and after election day.
Coverage starts at 8 p.m. with a special prime time update and will continue from 9-1 p.m.

After racist remarks days before Halloween, Megyn Kelly has been fired from "Mommy Mornings'. Kelly was not on set this week and her seat was left empty. The network has now decided to find a new co-host.
Kelly is the second co-host to leave this season after Julie Chen left in September.
Jenna Bush Hager, Katie Courie, and Kelly Ripa are left at the morning table. The network is currently rotating through guest co-hosts to find a replacement for Chen. A replacement is expected to named for Kelly by the end of the weekend.

On her Sunday afternoon program, Nicolle Wallace announced that today would be her last day hosting the program. Wallace is moving to daytime starting tomorrow and joining the other mothers on "Mommy Mornings"."
Wallace is replacing Megyn Kelly who was fired over the weekend for racist remarks she has made.
The network will fill Wallace's weekend hour with a newscast for the remainder of the season.
The decision to fill Kelly's spot was said to be between Wallace and Ainsley Earhardt.

MSTV has decided to pull the plug on "@noon." The mid-day news and social media program has become outdated in recent years with social media being infused in nearly every program on the network. The hour will turn in "MSTV Newsroom at Noon" starting in January.
Thomas Roberts, current host of "@noon" is leaving the network at the end of the year when the program ends.
Erica Hill, current co-host of "@noon" will be joined by Jeff Glor at the anchor desk of "MSTV Newsroom at Noon."
Jeff Glor is the current co-anchor of "This Morning: Weekend" he will be replaced by Ali Velshi for the remainder of season.

MSTV will be providing special coverage of the state funeral for the 41st President of the United States George H.W. Bush on Wednesday morning.
The funeral —which will take place at the Washington National Cathedral— is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. ET.
Anderson Cooper and Norah O'Donnell will lead the network's special coverage of the 41st president’s memorial service from Washington National Cathedral.
This week’s special coverage will also feature reporting and analysis from moderator and anchor of "Pennsylvania Avenue", George Stephanopoulos, MSTV Political Anchor/Director Andrea Mitchell, and MSTV Chief Anchor Wolf Blitzer, as well as;
