TVN PRESS RELEASE:
Coming off a strong start to our second season, TVN is prepared to make some big moves to try and make the schedule even stronger.
On Mondays, TVN leaves it's strong lineup of Do You Trust Me?, Marlowe, and Cops of New York intact. Monday nights are the only night that will not change come this January.
The Tuesday schedule, which was announced a few weeks back has hit comedies Sisterhood and Women Are Crazy, Men Are Stupid in the 8pm hour, new comedy Awkward Situations at 9pm and returning comedy Kate and Zoe moving to 9:30pm. TVN's most anticipated drama of the year, Our Family, rounds out the night at 10pm.
Wednesday night features the year-long awaited premiere of mini-series THEM. The mini-series, which will run for eight weeks, leads into hit drama Rule of Law at 9pm. New docu-drama, Bad to the Bone (hosted by A.J. Cook), will lead out of Rule of Law at 10pm.
On Thursdays, returning comedy Singles will air at 8pm, with new comedy Broadcasting My Life at 8:30pm. Both comedies replace The Next Superstar, which will finish its second season in December. The 9pm hour of Reversing History and 10pm hour of TAKEN remain intact.
Friday night continues to be comedy night on TVN with family comedies Being Average and The Family Man leading off the night. The hit workplace comedy, Eight Days a Week, leads into the returning workplace comedy, Behind the Scenes. Cop drama The Streets finishes off the night at 10pm.
For the first time in network history, two dramas will air original episodes on Saturday nights. Family-doctor drama Dr. Heart will kickoff the night at 8pm, leading into family-cop drama Judy's Got a Gun. Judy's Got a Gun leads into an encore of cop drama Cops of New York.
