After a year of extraordinary growth this past season, NTB returns fall 2010 with many of their strong shows returning as well as some new faces.
The NTB television network has put together an aggressive schedule moving many of our key programs in new timeslots to further strengthen our brand.
Also announced is that the network has exclusively re-signed with the National Football League until the 2014-2015 season. The MLB World Series will remain on the network until at least 2013. The College Football Game Series will remain on the network until 2013 as well. The NBA Finals on NTB will remain on the network until 2011.
We are proud to announce that the NFL and NTB has continued their exclusive rendition of the the NFL summer league, the NFL Heat. In total, three names that have been featured on the past two seasons have gone on to the "big leagues." The NFL Heat games will return this summer featuring household teams to further strengthen summer ratings.
Also, as mentioned last year, starting this NFL preseason, NTB has introduced a new digital channel that will be available on DirecTV, Dish, Comcast and various other cable outlets that will offer NFL games that aren't able to be broadcasted on NTB on our digital outlet. During times when NFL games aren't able to be aired, regular NTB programming will be aired on the channel.
The network has also announced that "Animal" by Neon Trees will be the official "theme song" of the fall 2010 roll-out premieres.

ANALYSIS
NTB took a bold step on Monday by moving the long-running Thursday/10PM occupant and putting it on Mondays at 8. This will give the night a whole 3-hour block of female-led critically acclaimed dramas right after each other.
NTB will remain dedicated to our comedies, but because of the many hits the network now has, comedies have been spread out throughout the schedule. New York/My Wife, Kids & Me remain on Tuesdays in the 8PM block; new series Masters of Manhattan/Fran & Rosie will look to take advantage of the light family drama High Rollers in the Wednesday/9PM slot. Long-running, and young demo skewing 95.3 Live/Hot Years will be moved to Saturdays. This will be the first time in the history of the network that they have experimented with scripted programming on the night. Despite lower HUT levels on the night, the night has been skewing young on other networks as well as our other younger-skewing reality/variety shows. We see no reason why 95.3 Live/Hot Years can't not only do well on the night, but even grow.
Tuesdays will still be dedicated to younger-skewing viewers with the aforementioned comedies, Clue at the 9PM hour and leading into the critic-favorite new series Limelight.
The Fixer will remain after Hotel Babylon this season as it continues to not only grow on its audience, but build on its lead-in. NTB has also slotted the Jerry Buckheimer series Paranormal Activities in the coveted Thursday line-up that has long been one of the network's #1 nights.
As a result of new shows and and our growing schedule, NTB has been forced to move Power to the Friday slot, but crime lovers will absolutely love the Crimestreet LA-Power powerhouse line-up that will surely do well for us.
NTB has placed the new series Seven Days in the 8PM timeslot on Sundays to take advantage of the NFL lead-in. This captivating new series will fit in very well with the football audience, we believe.
