May 16, 2010 (New York, NY) MSTV was really must see television this past season with new hit shows such as “Mystic Confidential” and “Famous” along with the old favorites “Fearless”, “Coffee Confessions”, and “Jozi-H”. MSTV is going to into the fall of 2010 near the top hoping to regain the top positive with a line-up of new shows that are sure to be future classics.
MSTV is going into the 2010-2011 season saying that ‘all you need is laughs’ as the network is adding three new comedies in the fall with more to come at mid-season. MSTV is proud to be the number one network for laughs next fall and beyond.
One of MSTV’s most successful nights, Monday will return in the fall the same way it is leaving this spring. “Legends” and “Fearless” are returning as a block for an fifth season, the line-up is strong especially with the addition of the new drama “The Oaks” which is returning for a third season, the first full season on Mondays.
MSTV is keeping true to its roots on Tuesday taking the spot once occupied by the hit “Soccer Moms” and placing to comedies with large potential there. “The Rules to Raising Mom” one of the, if not the, most anticipated comedies of the fall season will kick off the night leading into “Washing Windows” which moves to Tuesdays for a third season. MSTV keeps the night going with returning dramedies“Coffee Confessions” and “Mystic Confidential”.
Wednesday is once again the spot for men to laugh; the night kicks off with the fourth season of “The Write Jared” leading into the new Andy Samburg led “The Winning Spirit”. The 9pm hour continues with hit comedy “Making it Legal” leading into the new show “Going Green”. The spin-off of the very successful drama “Jozi-H” rounds off the night at 10, “The International”.
All you need is laughs stays true on Thursday with the successful line-up of comedies returning with a new addition. “Women of a Certain Age” moves up a half-hour to lead off the night and lead into returning second season comedy “Famous”. The next hour remains the same with hit shows “Mommies Who Drink” and “Taking Care of Business”. Capping of the night yet again is the hit remake show, “Charlie’s Angels”.
Like Monday, Friday is another successful night for the network and remains the same with “Nurses” leading off the night into “Football Wives”. “On The Contrary” ends the night at 10.
After a successful relaunch last fall “American Bandstand” returns for a third season leading the night, Saturday at 8. MSTV looks to bring change to the night with new dramedy “Smoke & Mirrors” airing at 9 leading into the crime drama “72 Hours” at 10.
Sundays are family night for MSTV with “Million-Dollar Match Game” returning for a fourth season. “Phil Keoghan Around The Globe” a new around-the-globe reality show leads the 8pm hour into returning hits “Secrets of A Small Town” and “Jozi-H”
While the fall contains hit drama, comedy, and variety, MSTV programs around the calendar and has a slate of mid-season shows to brag for. Around those returning are season four of “LateNight” and the seventh season of “Lost for Real: Russia”. MSTV promises new drama in “USCG” and “RX”. To keep with the tag line about laughs MSTV promises “What Drives You” and “Man 101”. USCG The US Coast Guard is the least well known of America’s armed services. It is also the one that works closest to home. USCG focuses on the activities of a single Coast Guard Cutter and her crew as they confront the hazards of the sea, everything from search & rescue and refugees to drug smuggling and homeland security issues, maybe even piracy. The Coast Guard Cutter Faithful is a 210 foot Reliance class Medium Endurance Cutter operating in the Gulf of Mexico. Her skipper is Commander Ted Jenkins, an officer who started as an enlisted man and through hard work and considerable personal heroism rose to command his own ship. Over the years he’s seen the mission of the Coast Guard change to match the threats of the times from a focus on halting smuggling, through the drug wars to the current emphasis on the war on terror. Through it all his personal code has been service to his country and to those who venture out to sea, as sailors, as fishermen or for pleasure. The series needs cooperation from the Coast Guard and to cement this cooperation actual Coast Guard stories could be used. •Jim Beaver as Commander Ted Jenkins •Rob Estes as Lt. I like the schedule Tuesdays look good, and I think the comedies will do well. Im glad Mystic was left in place and I think it will grow even more. Wednesdays look good. I don't think your comedies and mine share very similar audiences (yours are male-skewing, mine are definitely female-skewing). Going Green should do well, and I think The International with good advertising should win the timeslot. Thursdays your comedies should do better without my similar skewing female ones there. Famous will grow with some promotion and this better spot. Saturdays I think 72 Hours has a lot of potential. As for Midseason I really like RX. The two comedies sound a bit limited in concept, I think WvW or Science of Women have more potential than Man 101 or What Drives You. Glad LateNight got renewed.

I am really excited for next season, I think all 7 of my fall series could be winners. I plan to do big advertising all summer, probably starting this week. I passed on WvW since I wasn't sure what ABC is doing, they are re-doing it for mid-season right now. I'll likely pick up Science of Women there is something that bother me and I just have to figure out what before I do.

Monday - Its stable and very strong. Tuesday - The Rules to Rasing Mom should do well but being paired with Washing Windows isn't helping it. I wouldn't have placed Mystic Confidential back in the same timeslot, but I don't know, it may grow. Wednesday - I can see The International as the breakout hit of the night. Saturday - I love Smoke & Mirrors.

Should I order this hour-long comedy for mid-season? I just had the idea yesterday and was angry with myself, it was 2 weeks too late... The Adventures of Lee McPhee Lee McPhee was the biggest action movie star in the 1980’s, he stared in every big action film and was a sex symbol. It seemed that Lee disappeared in the 1990’s. It’s now 2010 and Lee has made his return, he isn’t an action movie star, Lee McPhee is now Officer McPhee in Sandra, Ohio. Lee McPhee has gone from big time movie star to small town police officer. Follow Lee and his partner, Angus on their adventures through Sandra, Angus should be happy to work with a former a 80’s action star and he just doesn’t appreciate it. •Christopher Knight as Lee McPhee •Leslie David Baker as Angus Jones
Please help my decide which shows to pick up, PLEASE comment on them, please! Comedy (Pick 3 comedies for mid-season joining LateNight and Driving Me Mad) The Science of Women* Writer’s Block Who Gets The Parents?* Nathan vs. Nurture Beach Lane
One-Hour Series (Pick 1 for mid-season joining RX & USGC, pick 2 if you like Lee McPhee) The Damn Thorpes* Nomads The Adventures of Lee McPhee*
I have marked my preferences with an * but I would pick them all up at this point lol

"The Adventures of Lee McPhee" looks like a great buddy cop comedy-drama, much better than what FOX just premiered.
The Science of Women (Best) Who Gets The Parents? Writer’s Block Beach Lane Nathan vs. Nurture (Worst)
