With lead anchors like Bob Schefer, Diane Sawyer and Wolf Blitzer hosting the Olympics, I sure wouldn't watch coverage of the Olympics on MSTV.

With lead anchors like Bob Schefer, Diane Sawyer and Wolf Blitzer hosting the Olympics, I sure wouldn't watch coverage of the Olympics on MSTV. They aren't hosting the events, they are hosting their shows from Vancouver. Sawyer hosts "This Morning" as does Blitzer with the "Evening News" I previously announced my hosts for the programing.

Before even hitting the air MSTV's new daytime chatter "Mommy Mornings" is seeing cast changes. Linda Ellerbee has been chosen to host her own weekend chat show and decided not to pursue a spot on the panel. Amy Poehler has also asked to be removed from the show, Pohler is due to have another child this fall and between being a mother and her job on "Taking Care of Business" Poehler wishes not to participate at this time. Ellerbee and Poehler are being replaced; Holly Robinson Peete, an actress & a mother of four (one of which has austism) will add her perspective to the panel. Joining Peete will be movie & stage star Marissa Jaret Winokur, Winokur is a mother via a surroagte. Peete & Winokur join Katie Couric, Téa Leoni, and Vanna White rounding out a unique panel of 5 mothers ready to share a table.

There are current rumors that Julie Chen will not renew her contract when it expires at the end of August leaving Hoda Kotb as the sole newscaster for "THIS MORNING" MSTV is denying the rumors at this time and hopes Chen continues her role. Chen has also expressed interest in "Mommy Mornings" but MSTV did not include her in the panel becuase they felt she, "didn't fit the group talk show model".
