Imagine Bobby's shock when he sees his estranged sister Linda, who ran away from him and the rest of his family in a porn magazine he bought to entertain himself while his girlfriend Amy was out of town. At a family reunion Linda surprisingly shows up to make peace with her family. The annual BBQ turns into an evening of reminiscing and amendment making as all the events from their childhood that lead Linda to run away and the events that lead her to porn are brought to light. The rape behind the bowling alley, the way her other brother Joe took advantage of her and molested her, her fathers death, the family struggle, the car accident and the happy ending they waited 32 years to get.
It seems most of the family are ready to accept her back into their lives, but Bobby still can't get over everything, how did his sister who used to sit on his bedroom floor with him and listen to Beatles records end up in a porn magazine to this day he continues to keep stashed under his bed, just as a reminder of his sister's life work.
'The hardest thing of all for me isn't the thought of my son finding a picture of a naked woman and recognizing her as his aunt. It's the thought of him finding a picture of a naked woman and not recognizing her as his aunt. Of him not recognizing her at all.' - Bobby
