Sex, Guns, & Money - An action-packed drama about a secret branch of the CIA, led by the man they call "the deliverer" (LL Cool J). Little is known about the deliverer, he lives alone in a small suburb close to the base, no one but the head of the CIA (Ron Rifkin) knows about his life before he joined the CIA. The same goes for the other members of the team (Olivia Wilde,Travis Fimmel, and Michael Landes), who erased all signs of their past when they became members of this secret team that takes on the hardest tasks with the newest gadgets.
Filthy Rich – When middle-class NYPD Officer J.T. Stanson (Charles Divins) met Isabella Woods (Rona Mitra) he thought she was just an New York teacher, but little did he know, her father was one of the wealthiest men alive. Isabella moved to New York, the moment she turned 18 in hope of escaping her name. After she got engaged to J.T., her mother mysteriously died, and she decided to return to L.A. for the funeral, and once again got pulled into the family business. Her father Jack Woods (John Laroquette) was a self made billionaire, who had almost as many mistresses as money. Some called him a visionary, some called him insane yet those who do call him insane, haven’t seen much airtime since, but his daughter would best go with jerk. He has his name in everything from television to tobacco, but is best known in the real estate business. The right-wing clan, is known for being seclusive and having their fair share of skeletons. Alicia (Maura Tierney) is the smart yet quiet daughter, and her husband Leo (James Denton) isn’t trusted by anyone in the family, especially Alicia. Cole (Timothy Olyphant) is the one person in her family Isabella trusts, despite being seen as a snake to many. The head of advertising for his family company, Cole is not afraid to butt heads with his father, even when he was just a child. Jack only kept Cole in the company because of his wife, but now that she’s gone, anything could happen. Marcus (Bryan Greenberg) is the youngest in the family, and L.A.’s biggest playboy. He hurts the conservative name of the company, by constantly getting arrest, hanging out with hollywood’s elite, and cheating on his equally wealthy girlfriend Lise (Kate Mara), that his father set him up with for the advantage of the business. Marcus’s twin sister (Soleil Moon Frye) is aggressive and sure of herself, opposite of Alicia. Jack’s right hand man Carlos (Ricard Chivara) is being groomed to take over the company, and wants Isabella back after their short-lived high-school romance. As JT gets involved with the Woods family, he figures out exactly why Isabella left, but both of them find it hard to leave the world of the filthy rich. One of America’s wealthiest families, just happens to be it’s most troubled.
The Defenders – Carson (Jason Lewis) is a big time lawyer who likes to help out a struggling firm known as "the defenders" who help out children in trouble. The government often overlooks the young, and that is where they come in. They take on cases in Chicago, that would usually be taken in by appointed public defense attorneys, but they specialize in this area. 32 year-old Bridie McCormac (Piper Perabo), suffered through abuse as a child of a drug dealer. Now dedicated to helping, she has taken in a toubled girl named Haley (Willa Holland). Bridie and Carson have an incredibly close relationship, despite the fact that he is engaged. Tony (Rick Schroder), also works in the law firm. He was a hot-shot lawyer a few years back but after he got fired because of his addiction to drugs, this was the only law firm that would take him in. They may think he’s clean, but his paycheck still pays for illegal drugs. James (Sam Waterston) is the head lawyer and the man that helped Bridie get away from her father when she was 12 and influenced her to become a lawyer. Ray (Eamonn Walker) at one time lived in poverty with his religious mother and sister, but after his mother was killed by a kid, he was inspired to help America's youth. Naomi (Melinda Clarke) is a cold backstabbing secretary from Jersey who works for the firm. Together they try to defend kids who can't defend themselves as their personal lives continue to get pulled together as they get closer and closer to their job.
Red, White, & Blue – A republican talk show host Geri Sweten (Parker Posey) and Republican Senator Gordan Rominski (Mark Valley) fake a marriage to hide the fact that they have both become big liberals. She had a child after a one-night stand and is a secret animal lover, while he is hiding the fact that he is secretly gay, and hasn’t been to church in 10 years despite his major appeal to the religious crowd.
They live in a Philadelphia apartment building together, and continue to admire their outspoken liberal neighbor (Josh Radnor) and Geri’s college friend Mandy (Kristen Wiig) who still parties every night. Yet both are held back by his idiotic gay-hating, single-mom hating campaign head (John C. McGinley), and the fact that both would lose their well-paying jobs if the truth was revealed.
Rubbing Charlie – After finally becoming a doctor, Charlie (Oliver Hudson) begins working in a small hospital in St. Paul, while still trying to figure out what he wants out of his own life. He’s not a particularly good doctor, and is very unlucky in love. His best friend (Mykel Shannon Jenkins) is married, his mother (Gena Rowlands) has found a new life at 60, and his high-school girlfriend is a nurse at the same hospital has gotten married (Jennie Garth).
